Although the College is administrated by River of Life Family Church, you do not have to be a member of this church to attend. Everyone is welcome!
How is the Course run?
Faith Work’s Bible College is a two year program. Each year consists of 3 semesters that are 12 weeks each. Year 1, Semester 1 will start on Wednesday, March 3rd 2010. Classes will be held every Wednesday evening from 7 pm to 9:15 pm, which consist of two hours of teaching divided by a short break. Interaction, questions and discussion are encouraged! Students will enjoy the summer off with classes to resume in September 2010.
Who can enroll?
Believers from all denominations are welcome regardless of intellectual abilities or experience. Lectures are designed to meet the spiritual requirements of all believers as brothers and sisters in Christ. We would expect all students to be in agreement with the College’s beliefs.
Course notes
A full set of course notes and a recommended reading list are provided with each topic. We will also provide a few books relevant to the course, free of charge, throughout the year. Other books will be promoted by Lecturers as recommended reading for those who want to study more.
Certificates
Certificates are issued at the end of each academic year, on completion of the course, once all assignments are complete and course fees paid. On completion of the 1st year a Certificate in Biblical Studies is awarded. On completion of Year 2, students are awarded an Advanced Certificate in Biblical Studies. Both awards are from Faith Works Bible College, part of Hillsong International Leadership College, Sydney, Australia. It is only possible to enrol for Year 2 having successfully completed Year 1 of the course.
Graduation honors
Upon completion of the school year, a Graduation Event will be held in which students will celebrate their achievements with families and friends. Graduation certificates will be presented and awards given.
